At the Rolfes SDG Academy, he bridges Global North and Global South perspectives to drive systemic change aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Under his leadership, the Academy operates as a global, youth-driven movement that democratizes climate education through international cohorts, expert lecture series, and high-level policy dialogues.

Rooted in technical expertise and institutional credibility, Hillary’s work extends to the highest levels of European research and global governance. He serves as a Working Group Member for the European Cooperation in Science & Technology (COST) researching low-emission infrastructure, and is an active member of the RIBA Europe Sustainability & Net-Zero working group. Having conducted critical SDG analysis for UNDP initiatives and co-developed civic models alongside researchers from Harvard and Oxford, Hillary seamlessly combines engineering, policy design, and passionate advocacy to champion inclusive, sustainable development worldwide.

They have also been participating in COP26 in Glasgow as a delegate of the Max Planck Society. Yuno has been active in several forest and village occupations and has been organizing many camps & protests in different cities and parts of Germany. They are board member to Climate Justice Crew, RebelTrust, SoNo Collective BioDiv e.V., and currently working at the Albert Hofmann Institute for Physiochemical Sustainability (AHI) in Germany.

With a degree in Land Economics from Kyambogo University, Nicholas has become a leading voice in global climate advocacy, representing Most Affected People and Areas (MAPA) at UNFCCC conferences (COP27,28 29 and 30), and co-organizing the Agape Earth Coalition, a united force of youth climate activists, NGOs, and grassroots movements.
